WINERIES WE WORK WITH IN GEORGIA
Georgia is the oldest wine region. The fertile valleys and protective slopes of the Transcaucasia were home to grapevine cultivation and wine production for at least 8000 years. Kvevri or Qvervi is a traditional Georgian instrument to make wines. It is a perfect vessel for both red and white winemaking at home. The main advantage to making wine in the kvevri buried in an underground marani (winecellar) is that temperature of storing wine is almost unchanged from winter to summer.
